About our Owner
With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry across Washington, Oregon, and now Arizona, my journey has taken me from an uncertain start to a passionate hairstylist, salon owner, and educator.
Though I didn't initially set out to become a hairstylist, my innate entrepreneurial drive guided me towards a career that allows me to blend creativity with the power to boost people's self-esteem. Now, with over a decade behind the chair, I'm ready to take the next step by opening my own commission salon.
My deepest passion lies in elevating the industry through comprehensive training and education. Throughout my career, I've coached fellow stylists and salon owners, helping them understand the ins and outs of their businesses and attaining financial independence. This invaluable experience has prepared me to offer the same support to my own team.
Throughout my career, I've learned that building authentic relationships is the cornerstone of a successful business. I'm committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere where stylists can flourish creatively and independently. Our unique commission structure allows for this autonomy while ensuring a nurturing environment.
My mission is to create a salon that stands against abusive practices prevalent in the industry, such as employee misclassification, a lack of support and a lack of financial growth. I believe that in order for the salon to be profitable the stylist must have the ability to grow financially as well.
My goal is to provide a space where stylists can thrive, grow, and develop a lasting, positive relationship with the salon, their clients, and peers. The heart of my business lies in empowering individuals, enhancing their skills, and fostering a sense of community within the salon. I firmly believe that this approach will not only benefit my team but also elevate the beauty industry as a whole.
