She's skilled in treatments like Brazilian blowouts, Cezanne smoothing, deep conditioning treatments, and our platinum programming blowouts.
When she's not working her magic in the salon, Dre loves learning new things—whether it's through podcasts, books, or coffee shop dates. She's also an avid hiker, loves workout classes, and enjoys traveling, camping, and catching up on the latest movies and TV shows.
Fun fact: Dre is also a jet setting flight attendant! ✈️📚

Alanah is a true expert in her field with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. She is skilled in achieving your goal color in a healthy way, haircutting is her ultimate love, with a particular passion for creating the perfect Precision Bob. ✂️🎨
Alanah's favorite part of being a hairstylist is building personal connections and helping clients feel their absolute best. She finds immense joy in every transformation, whether it's a dramatic hair makeover or a subtle change. Watching the confidence and happiness radiate from her clients after sitting in her chair is incredibly rewarding for her. 💕 💇♀️💕
Her signature style? Working wonders with thick and curly hair textures! 🌟
When she's not transforming hair, Alanah loves reading, thrifting, throwing dinner parties, and spending quality time with her two sons, Jackson and Quentin, her husband, Steve, and their Rottweiler, Max. 📚🛍️🍽️🐾
Alanah's professional mission is to provide financial growth opportunities for her stylists and fostering a nurturing salon environment. Her goal is to empower stylists, enhance their skills, grow their income, and build a strong community within the salon, ultimately elevating the beauty industry as a whole. 🚀✨

Devin’s absolute fave part about being a hairstylist? Crafting gorgeous looks while having a blast chatting with clients!
She adores working with blondes and rich brunettes.
Plus, she's a pro at recommending the perfect products to keep your hair fab at home. 💁♀️
When she's not working her magic behind the chair, Devin spends every moment with her beautiful babies and loves taking family beach camping trips. 🏖️👶
Fun fact: Devin is also a Verrado mom and resident.

SALON APPRENTICE
Fresh out of hair school, Lenya is eager to dive into the world of hairstyling and absorb everything she can about this incredible career. ✨✂️
Lenya’s enthusiasm for learning and her passion for making others feel confident and beautiful make her a perfect fit for our salon family. 💖
When she’s not soaking up knowledge and honing her skills, Lenya enjoys working out and indulging in her favorite snack – strawberries with Nutella. 🍓🍫
Fun fact: Lenya is a huge fan of The Office, played volleyball for 5 years, was the captain of her pom team, absolutely loves chihuahuas, and was always voted most talkative and postive person in school.
HELENA NAVARRO @helena.hairstylist
STYLIST
Helena is a seasoned stylist with 13 years of experience. She specializes in Brazilian blowouts, extensions, haircuts, and balayage, with a love for adding dimensional tones to brown hair. 🌟💇♀️
Helena’s favorite part of her job? Seeing her clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful, especially after perfecting those beach waves. 🌊✨
Outside the salon, Helena enjoys time with her husband Miguel and their two boys, Landen and Zander. She loves watching her kids play sports, indulging in reality TV or crime shows, and jamming to R&B and 80’s music. 🎶📺
Fun fact: Helena met her husband in fifth grade, and they’re still going strong after 9 years of marriage.
VIVIAN MONTANEZ @styledbyvivixn
SALON APPRENTICE
Viv’s favorite thing about being in the salon? Making people feel beautiful and confident, of course! She’s a pro at creating Old Hollywood waves and knows how to deliver the perfect blowout. 💁♀️💫
When Viv isn’t mastering her craft, you can find her coaching cheerleading at Verrado High, hitting the gym, or spending quality time with family and friends. She’s also a big fan of traveling, fashion, and relaxing by the river. 🌍👗🏞️
Fun fact: Viv is not just passionate about hairstyling, but is also working on finishing her Engineering degree at Estrella Mountain Community College. Talk about dedication! ✨🎓

AMANDA HADLEY @desertnativehair

Amanda is a Phoenix native with over 12 years of professional experience as a hairstylist. Her expertise is in haircutting, balayage, lived-in hair color, and scalp care. 🌟💇♀️
Amanda’s favorite hairstyles to create include voluminous blowouts, pixie cuts, and bobs. She’s known for her custom texture techniques and de-bulking, with a special love for working with copper tones and adding dimension to any hair color. ✂️🎨
Her favorite part of being a hairstylist? Building long-lasting relationships with her clients while helping them feel more confident and beautiful. 💖
Outside the salon, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family—especially her three daughters, husband of 18 years, their cat, and dog.
Fun fact: She stands at just 4’11”, people often mistake her for her kids’ sister! 😅
